Review: How to Set up the rings

Strength/Skill: Hip Snatch & OHS Complex

  • 1 Complex = 1 Hip Snatch + 1 OHS
  • 6 x 1 Complex every minute on the minute
    • 1 Complex every minute for 6 rounds

WOD: AMAP Intervals, 4 Rounds

  • In 3 minutes complete the following as fast as possible:
    • 15 Abmat situps
    • 15 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
    • 15 HRPUs
      • then, with the time remaining in those 3 minutes complete as many Squat Snatches as possible – 115/75
        • For example, if you complete the situps, BJOs, and HRPUs in 2 minutes, you have 1 minute to do as many Squat Snatches as possible.
          • At the 3 minute mark rest for 1 minute and record your score.
          • After your 1 minute rest, repeat the sequence again.
          • At the end of the WOD record 1 score, the total amount of Squat Snatches you were able to complete over the course of 4 rounds.
